"National Initiative for School Heads and teachers Holistic Advancement"(NISHTHA)


        NISHTHA Training is the only training taking place across India and aims to train 42 lakh teachers in the entire country, including the Union Territory. 1, 53, 000 teachers in Karnataka will undergo this training. The training consists of 18 modules. It consists of 12 modules with inclusive learning of textual content. The remaining 6 modules are leadership, preschool, school education initiatives, pre-school education, the Kovid-19 scenario - the challenge in school education, child rights, the POSCO Act - child sexual abuse prevention modules. 

OBJECTIVES:-• Improving children's learning skills by enabling them to understand the perspectives of new teaching learning practices among teachers and resource persons, thus enhancing their abilities.• Enabling teachers to implement school-based assessment in their schools. • Enhance the teacher's ability to ensure that children earn all the fruits of learning set in each classroom.• Prepare Head Teacher for Implementation of Innovative Activities in Schools by Improving the State School Support System for the Implementation of Learning Results, National Valuation Survey, etc. .It is mandatory for every teacher to download the Initiation App.·       Click on Click the Teacher Training and Transfer Software button on the right side of this web site and go to the Teacher Portal where you can put the KGID credentials and create a password. ·     After password creation, use the password you created in the KGID number and School Education website after login to the state system, log in to the initiation app already downloaded on your mobile, use the password, and then use the password created on the school education website. Course Completion Certificate will be available upon completion of the course. All teachers and head teachers are requested to take action in implementing the elements learned in all these modules into the classroom.
